Facility Maintenance Technician Minimum Qualifications: • Basic experience in the following areas: electrical, A/C, HVAC, plumbing or landscaping. (Please make sure you experience is in your resume) • Valid driver’s license (U-Haul Provides Company Truck) • Available 7 days a week/ Weekend and Holidays • D.O.T certification (can be sponsored by U-Haul) Shift - Early Morning due to t our hot weather. The set schedule will be given during interview. -Maintenance is 7 days a week, roating schechedule with Maintenance crew. Starting pay at $15-$18 per hour / DOE Work Environment: The work involves moderate risks or discomforts which require special safety precautions, e.g. working around moving parts, machines, fumes or irritant chemicals. May be required to use protective clothing or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves or shields. Physical Demands: The work requires some physical exertion such as long periods both indoors and outdoors while remaining stationary, traversing spaces, repositioning to reach and use tools and moving a minimum of 50 lbs assisted or unassisted.
