Job Title: Healthcare Scheduler/ Healthcare Customer Service Duration: 4 Months... Pay :$17 Start Date: 10/21/2024 End Date: 01/31/2025 Location: Must be located in IL, TN, PA, FL or GA. This is an outbound call center you will be responsible for calling 150-250 members per day. Some manually dialing for spreadsheets and some through an auto dialer system. The main purpose of an HRS scheduler is to schedule an in-home health assessment provided free of charge to the member on behalf of their health plan. This is a call center and 90% of your time will be spent on the phones. Â Here are some key skill sets you must have: The ability to handle 150-250 calls per day. The ability to read and follow a script or scripts. Encourage the member to accept the visit and enticing them to agree to a free benefit provider by their health care provider in the comfort of their home. Communicate effectively to different departments via Webex, outlook etc... Knowledge of google chrome and how to use google maps. Multitask through various insurance portals to verify member eligibility. Respond to emails and corrections timely. The ability to meet daily goals. 1-2 visits per hour to start the goal is 2 per hour but new hires may need a few weeks to acclimate to that. Not ready time 1.5 hours or less Maintain a QA score of 95% or higher. Maintain attendance for first 90 days of employment. Maintain 100-200 outbound calls when manually dialing. This is a remote role. Bilingual is preferred but not required. Candidates must have Customer Service, Sales, Call Center & Scheduling experience. Must be located in IL, TN, PA, FL or GA. Strong Customer Service Background. Multitasking . Problem solving. Strong knowledge of Microsoft products. Sales. Remarks: High School diploma or equivalent Apply Job!Â
