What You’ll Do As a member of our team, you’ll play a vital role in connecting schools and families with our programs, helping us make a lasting impact on children’s lives. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will: • Make approximately 150 calls daily to engage potential clients. • Utilize voicemail drops for efficiency, reserving energy for live conversations. • Schedule 3-5 engaging demos per day by offering flexible calendar slots. • Coordinate with the program team to pass on booked leads for follow-up. • Prepare call lists and ensure all administrative tasks are completed. • Report daily progress and results.
