Through our websites, we offer city-specific business directories, local news and events, and city facts. Our platform allows small and medium-sized businesses to advertise their products and services in the business directory and many... other media assets to attract potential customers. Visitors to our websites can stay updated on everything happening in their metropolitan area. Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Realtor/Podcast host at NewToMedia. The Realtor/Podcast host will be responsible for hosting the show which wil be focussed on highlighting what is unique about their local area and interviewing local business owners that new residents would likely benefit from partnering with. It is an opportunity to capitalize on real estate opportunities that come from the show AND participate in revenue streams tied to other businesses Newtomedia partners with. This opportunity does not include any guaranteed (hourly or salaried) compensation so the host must be a real estate agent or experienced podcast host that is able to invest an hour or two per week into building an audience or migrating an existing audience to Newtomedia. Qualifications  Valid Real Estate License and experience in the real estate industry  Must have great positive energy  Knowledge of real property and local market trends  Ability to improvise and use a script  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  Experience with digital media marketing is a plus  Bilingual skills (English and Spanish) are a plus Apply Job!Â
