This remote, part-time position offers a unique opportunity to provide virtual instruction in English, Math, Science, Social Studies, or World Languages to middle and high school students. Key Responsibilities • Choose from a range of teaching assignments through our intuitive educator portal, tailored to your certification. • Foster an engaging virtual learning atmosphere that inspires student participation and a passion for education. • Develop comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, ensuring students achieve their academic objectives. • Monitor and document student progress, offering constructive feedback to facilitate their improvement. • Establish and nurture strong relationships with students, supporting their academic success and emotional growth throughout their educational journey. Required Skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to design engaging and effective lesson plans. • Capacity to build rapport and connect with students on an emotional level. • Proficiency with virtual teaching tools and platforms. Qualifications • A valid New York State public professional teaching certification in any CORE NYS subject (English, Math, Science, Social Studies, or World Languages for Middle School or High School) is mandatory. • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. • A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution is required.
