Software Engineers, for the following languages, are needed for AI Model Training: • German (Germany/Austria/Switzerland) • Italian (Italy/Switzerland) We seek an AI Data Trainer with an educational background in Software Engineering. This pivotal role is designed for a software engineer with the capability and enthusiasm to integrate engineering knowledge into the development of cutting-edge AI models. The Role • Develop Training Content: Create detailed prompts and responses in your languages to guide AI learning, ensuring the models reflect expertise in software engineering. • Optimize AI Performance: Evaluate and rank AI responses to enhance the model's accuracy in software engineering contexts. • Ensure Model Integrity: Diligently test AI models for potential inaccuracies or biases, validating their applicability to the engineering domain. • Review the quality of the LLM Data Training project items, generated by other Engineers, including but not limited to reviewing the code... quality, optimizing, or general responses about engineering processes and procedures. • SDG prompts and solution to prompts (in native language) Your Profile We are looking for a professional who exhibits: • Education background in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science and similar programs. • Experience in Web development is a plus for Trainers and a must have for Code Reviewers: JSON, Markdown, Tables, Lists experience. • Language Mastery: Depending on which role you are applying for and minimum B2 level of English proficiency. • Technological Fluency: Comfort with AI technology and enthusiasm for its potential in coding. • Attention to Detail: Commitment to precision and thoroughness in the training process. Compensation and Contract Details The volume of the work will be based on your minimum weekly hourly commitment.
