Amazon is hiring for Warehouse Operations Assistant As an Warehouse Operations Assistant, your main priority would be to ensure the efficient operation of the warehouse by monitoring inventory levels, maintaining databases, and coordinating shipments. You will play a critical role in ensuring that goods are delivered in a timely manner and that inventory records are accurate. Key Responsibilities: • Keep track of item quantities and control the flow of inventory for efficient logistics. • Keep track of all shipments and deliveries. • Timely and accurate data entry is fundamental to having an efficiently managed warehouse. • Formulate and process shipping forms and tags according to established procedures and standards. • Offer support in the completion of inventory audits and cycle counts. • Work collaboratively with transportation providers and logistics companies to ensure that the supply chain functions smoothly. • Provide administrative support to the workers in the warehouse as needed. Qualifications: • The attainment of a high school diploma or its equivalent credential demonstrates a commitment to learning and a strong work ethic, which are traits valued by employers. • Having worked in warehousing or administrative roles before is a plus. • Capable of seamlessly working with Microsoft Office Suite and advanced warehouse management software. • Displaying great organizational and multitasking abilities. • Excellent communication skills.
