We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy helping others and thrive in a fast-paced environment. ```Duties... - Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with inquiries or concerns - Enter customer information and inquiries accurately into the database - Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the appropriate department - Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times - Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring clear and concise information is provided - Handle customer complaints or issues with empathy and resolve them in a timely manner - Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met ```Requirements``` - Previous experience in customer service or call center environment preferred - Strong data entry skills with attention to detail - Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Knowledge of medical office procedures is a plus - Excellent verbal and written communication skills Shifts: Between 8am-11pm EST Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Flexible schedule • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Shift: • 8 hour shift Experience: • Call center: 3 years (Required) Work Location: Remote Apply Job!
