Responsibilities: Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of assigned areas, including rooms, corridors, and common spaces. Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish surfaces to maintain a pristine appearance. Restock supplies and ensure that all amenities are well-stocked and available for guests. Handle and dispose of waste properly, adhering to established waste management procedures. Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring all areas are free from dirt, stains, and clutter. Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor promptly. Follow health and safety guidelines to create a safe environment for guests and colleagues. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in cleaning operations. Adhere to The Elite Job's policies and standards to maintain consistency in service quality. Required Skills: Proven experience as a Cleaner/Housekeeper or similar role, preferably in a hospitality setting. Knowledge of various cleaning equipment, products, and techniques. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Excellent time management skills, ensuring tasks are completed within given time frames. Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and report any issues promptly.
