Job Overview The Market Research Director at WattEase will lead research initiatives for the Charge Alert Service. Success in this position is defined by the ability to provide actionable insights that influence product development and marketing strategies, ultimately improving user experience and market positioning. Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage market research projects to gather insights on customer needs and market trends. - Analyze data to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new service offerings. - Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop strategies based on research findings. - Prepare and present research reports to senior management and stakeholders. - Stay updated on industry developments to maintain a competitive advantage for WattEase. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred. - A minimum of 5 years of experience in market research, preferably in the tech or automotive industry. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. - Excellent communication and presentation abilities. - Proven leadership experience with the capacity to inspire a research team.
