Job Title: Interviewer & Onboarding Specialist for TikTok Dating ShowJob Type: Remote (Part-time, Trial Basis)Hours: 20 hours per week (Flexible, US PST preferred)Compensation: Hourly rate with potential bonuses for successfully onboarded livestreamersLanguage Requirement: English fluency required; Spanish fluency is a big plusRole OverviewWe are seeking a personable and intuitive individual to help interview and onboard livestreamers for a TikTok-based dating show. The ideal candidate is great at building rapport, enjoys reality dating shows or livestreaming culture, and can think on their feet.You’ll conduct interviews to assess applicants' values, personality traits, and potential for participating in an engaging dating show.
