Job Title: Public Relations Manager (Contract) Duration: February - July 2025 (6 months), full-time (40 hrs./week) Location: US - Remote Reports to: Global Head of PR About the role LTK (formerly rewardStyle & LIKEtoKNOW.it) is the world's largest creator monetization platform that pioneered Creator Commerce. At a stage of hyper-growth following a $2 billion valuation, LTK is looking for an outcome-oriented PR freelancer in the US market to support the organization. This position requires an ambitious team player with a proactive approach to identifying and securing opportunities that elevate LTK and reinforce its leadership position in the creator economy industry. You will have experience in managing programs that elevate and help position a company as an industry leader. In this role, you must be motivated to proactively seek out opportunities to gain exposure for LTK and its leaders. The position requires strong storytelling and writing skills. How you will make an impact • Manage thought leadership platforms and tactics that elevate the company as a leader across multiple industries. • Identify, manage, and track speaking opportunities at conferences and events for LTK across a wide range of sectors. • Develop materials for thought leadership opportunities and storylines to secure earned media. • Bring outside-of-the-box creative thinking to break into new mediums, audiences, etc. • Manage the company co-founder’s LinkedIn channel and owned podcast, More to Say - identifying and securing guests, managing interviews, producing episode content, and developing promotional assets for the show. • Identify and develop story angles that can attract earned media coverage, driving awareness and understanding of LTK across a wide range of sectors. • Track industry and cultural news and trends. • Diligently maintain PR reporting and dashboards, communicating important competitive insights and performance to the business leaders. What you will bring to LTK • 7+ years of PR experience, specifically in driving earned media coverage • The ideal candidate has worked with cross-functional partners, including social, marketing, and product, for aligned storytelling. • Background in agency or in-house (in-house preferred) • Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, or PR preferred • Experience in managing thought leadership programs for corporate leaders • Experience in securing speaking engagements at high-profile conferences • Maintains relationships with relevant conference organizers • Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to adapt writing style for different, nuanced audiences; understand what tone/content best resonates with the respective audiences • Knowledge of social media platforms, the e-commerce landscape, and the influencer marketing industry • Knowledge of podcasting - managing owned podcasts or securing placement on podcasts • Ability to communicate complex topics effectively • Thrives in a collaborative environment and is highly proactive in executing tasks. Ability to manage and/or collaborate with internal and external cross-functional groups • Able to see the big picture and identify creative ways of engaging our target audiences with interesting and newsworthy angles • Confidence to engage with and build consensus among business or function leaders at all levels • Excellent media relations skills and proven success in driving earned coverage across traditional and new platforms - spanning consumer, business, trade, and technology • Excellent communication skills • Proactive and results-oriented with a learning mindset • Highly motivated to drive results Apply Job!
