Job Overview We are seeking driven and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as remote Customer Service/Sales Representatives. In this pivotal role, you will engage with individuals who have expressed interest in supplemental benefits aimed at safeguarding their families beyond the offerings of their employers. Your primary responsibility will be to assist families in navigating their options and selecting the most suitable plans for their needs. Key Responsibilities • Reach out to individuals who have requested information regarding our benefit options. • Schedule and conduct Zoom meetings to present and elucidate available benefits. • Tailor new benefit plans and modify existing plans based on each client's current requirements. • Establish and nurture strong, trusting relationships with both new and existing clients. • Conduct benefit reviews and provide assistance with claims or adjustments for current clients. • Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing members’ needs with diligence and attentiveness. • Resolve any client inquiries or concerns related to their benefits. • Ensure all client documentation is precise and up-to-date, performing necessary updates as required.
