This remote, one-year contract position is pivotal in enhancing our customer service operations by efficiently managing customer inquiries, processing applications, and ensuring the integrity of our customer records... Key Responsibilities • Accurately process customer applications while prioritizing precision. • Professionally address customer inquiries, providing insightful and relevant information. • Maintain and update customer credit records with attention to detail. • Monitor customer accounts and undertake necessary actions based on account status. • Efficiently manage multiple responsibilities while meeting performance expectations. • Employ strong decision-making and problem-solving skills to address customer challenges. • Demonstrate proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and email systems. • Operate independently with minimal supervision while showcasing strong interpersonal skills. • Contribute to a positive team environment and foster collaborative efforts. • Adapt to flexible scheduling to accommodate the evolving demands of the business. Required Skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other Microsoft Office applications. • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent written communication skills. • Superior organizational capabilities to juggle multiple tasks. • Ability to function autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team. • High attention to detail in executing all tasks and responsibilities. Qualifications • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a data entry role or a related position. • Proven track record of conducting scanning and typing tasks with notable accuracy. • Demonstrated experience in data entry with an emphasis on attention to detail. • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. • High school diploma or equivalent qualification. • Familiarity with the insurance industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
