As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a tech-savvy, customer-focused Live Chat Representative to join our digital engagement team and help deliver a seamless online experience to our customers. Position Summary As a Live Chat Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for website visitors, helping to answer questions, provide information about vehicles and services, schedule appointments, and convert inquiries into leads. This role is key to ensuring our online guests receive the same top-notch service as those who visit us in person.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to live chat inquiries from customers in real-time through the dealership’s website and social media channels
  • Provide accurate information about vehicle inventory, financing options, service availability, and dealership promotions
  • Assist customers with scheduling service appointments and test drives
  • Identify sales opportunities and pass qualified leads to the appropriate departments (sales or service)
  • Maintain professional, friendly, and prompt communication at all times
  • Document customer interactions and follow up as needed
  • Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure consistent and timely customer support
  • Stay informed on current vehicle models, services, and dealership offers

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, live chat, or administrative support
  • Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, chat platforms, and basic office software
  • Positive, solution-oriented attitude with a passion for helping people
  • Automotive experience is a plus, but not required
  • Must be able to work some evenings or weekends depending on scheduling needs
