Role Description
We are looking for a Home-Based Senior Graphic Designer to support our U.S.-based client in delivering exceptional brand visuals and promotional product designs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is confident managing design projects from concept through execution while collaborating with clients and team members.
- Create new and original designs from scratch for brands based on client specifications, needs, and brand image.
- Develop artwork for a variety of promotional products, understanding imprint limitations and decoration methods.
- Lead the creation of logos, layout designs, mockups, and production-ready files.
- Review and enhance final designs to align with brand guidelines while proposing creative improvements.
- Maintain familiarity with current design trends and align them with the client's industry and regional markets.
- Coordinate project timelines and ensure timely delivery of creative assets.
- Guide junior designers and manage design expectations across the team.
- Participate in strategic planning around brand development and visual marketing.
- Handle ad hoc graphic design and creative tasks related to client needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 5–10 years of proven experience in a senior or lead design role.
- Strong English communication skills, written and verbal.
Requirements
- Must be able to work a graveyard shift (PH time) or within U.S. hours.
- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat Pro).
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Excellent visual design skills, with a strong sense of layout, branding, and typography.
- Ability to manage several projects at once and work within deadlines.
- Familiarity with promotional product imprint standards is a plus.
- Experience in airbrush and catalog design.
