This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of analytics, customer insight, and cross-functional execution. You’ll be responsible for building and scaling Empower’s loss mitigation toolkit for our Credit Card product. This role will sit on the Credit and Data Science team, but you will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and third-party vendors to design and implement solutions that improve losses while meeting customer needs.
