Job Description

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for a thriving dance and musical theatre school. This remote position offers the perfect opportunity to contribute to a creative, mission-driven business while developing your administrative and customer service skills. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations, allowing the creative team to focus on delivering outstanding educational experiences. This is an ideal role for someone who values both professional growth and being part of a meaningful, artistic community.

Responsibilities
  • Efficient data entry and meticulous record-keeping.
  • Format reports and presentation templates using tools like Google Slides. The content of the report is supplied by the client.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via online chat platforms.
  • Prepare simple sales invoices, contracts, and other documents.
  • Update and maintain customer records, marketing lists, and other databases.Basic coordination with other departments on simple tasks.
  • Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
Requirements
  • English proficiency
  • Demonstrated reliability with a keen attention to detail.
  • Basic proficiency in Excel and other MS Office tools.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing tasks and priorities.Experience in using various online communication and collaboration tools.
