Remote · USA Full-time New today

Welcome to Eficode!

We are building the future of software development - specializing in Cloud, DevOps, Agile, and Service Management. We help our customers transform into software-driven organizations, aiming to change the world by sharing our knowledge.

With over 650 professionals across 10 countries, we’re spanning the Nordics, continental Europe, the UK, and the US. We value growth, psychological safety, and our autonomous yet collaborative culture, where innovation is celebrated.

Eficode Germany GmbH has been offering collaboration solutions based on Atlassian products for over many years and we're one of the leading Atlassian partners in Germany! As a Platinum Solution Partner, we support our customers in all Atlassian related projects: from the purchase of licences, through to conceptional design, implementation and training, to hosting, maintenance and application management.

Role purpose

We’re looking for hands-on Atlassian experts who enjoy solving technical challenges and building real-world solutions. As an Atlassian Consultant at Eficode, your primary role will be to work directly with systems and tools: implementing, configuring, integrating, and troubleshooting Atlassian environments like Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.

You’ll be working with customers and your team to design and deliver technical solutions — whether it’s scripting, automation, migrating data between systems, or integrating Atlassian with other enterprise tools.

Role responsibilities Your main responsibilities will include (but won’t be limited to):

  • Working hands-on with customers to design, implement, and customize Atlassian products
  • Developing technical solutions for Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and other Atlassian tools
  • Leading and contributing to complex Atlassian-based ITSM and DevOps implementations
  • Working alongside a team of experienced Atlassian professionals to solve real technical problems
  • Providing technical guidance and mentoring for both customers and teammates

Success factors

You will make a great match for this role if you have:

  • Strong hands-on technical experience with the Atlassian platform (Data Center and Cloud)
  • Experience leading or coordinating technical implementation projects
  • Atlassian certifications or accreditations
  • Practical experience in on-premise to cloud migrations
  • Familiar with Agile and ITSM concepts and tools

Nice to have's

It would be an added bonus if you have:

  • Understanding of integrations and APIs (e.g., REST, webhooks, automation rules)
  • Knowledge of enterprise tools such as GitHub, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, Jenkins
  • Language skills: German (fluent), English (at least basic)

About you

The type of person we're looking for has:

  • Is passionate about technology and hands-on problem solving
  • Enjoys working directly with systems and tools
  • A desire to continuously learn and keep up to date with the development of the Atlassian platform
  • An eagerness to share knowledge with peers and clients

What’s in it for you?

  • Be part of a leading DevOps and Atlassian consulting company with over 650 experts across 10 countries
  • Work with exciting customers across industries and tackle complex system implementation projects
  • Grow your career in a learning driven culture with opportunities for training, certifications, and knowledge sharing

At Eficode, we offer:

  • A flexible and dynamic work environment with opportunities for remote work.
  • A strong learning culture, with access to certifications, training, and conferences.
  • A team of driven and experienced colleagues who support and challenge each other.
  • A company where your expertise makes a difference – influence solutions and drive innovation. To find out more about life at Eficode, and hear what our people think about us, click here.
