The Team:

Excellent opportunity for Sr. MES Architect – Siemens OpsCenter MES with domain knowledge in manufacturing execution systems.

The Role:

Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams including business users, IT, and automation engineers, Ability to design scalable, modular MES architectures following industry best practices and standards (ISA-95, PackML).

Responsibilities:

  • 15+ years of experience in Operational Technologies, with deep domain knowledge in manufacturing execution systems. • Led at least two full lifecycle implementations of Siemens Opcenter MES, covering design, development, and deployment. • Hands-on experience with Opcenter Execution Core, Integration Framework, Manufacturing Intelligence, and scripting/configuration. • Expertise in MES-ERP integration (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and connecting MES with shop-floor systems (PLC/SCADA). • Skilled in requirements gathering, functional and technical design, and solution validation/testing. • Ability to design scalable, modular MES architectures following industry best practices and standards (ISA-95, PackML). • Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and support capabilities in MES production environments. • Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams including business users, IT, and automation engineers.

As required by the equal pay and transparency acts, the expected base salary for this position is: $120k-$130k base+ benefits.

The expected pay is determined based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, depth of experience in the practice area. Employees are eligible to participate in Hitachi Digital Services' bonus/variable/commission pay programs, where applicable, and are subject to the program’s conditions and restrictions.
