Production Coordinator (direct reponse video ads)

As we continue to grow rapidly, we’re looking for a dedicated and organized Production Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will help streamline the execution of our video production projects within a fast-paced e-commerce environment. Your attention to detail, strong project management skills, and clear communication will be essential in ensuring our creative vision is brought to life—on time and on budget.

Responsibilities

    • Coordinate and manage all logistics and schedules for video shoots, including location scouting, permitting, equipment rentals, and talent bookings
    • Oversee production calendars, timelines, and call sheets to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery
    • Serve as the central point of communication between creative, production, marketing, post-production, and technical teams
    • Ensure all video content aligns with the specific objectives and standards of direct response advertising
    • Source, vet, hire, and onboard freelance crew and vendors as needed
    • Monitor shoots (on-site or remotely) to ensure they run efficiently and adhere to creative direction
    • Track and reconcile production expenses, maintaining accurate budgets across projects
    • Maintain organized production files, including footage archives, release forms, documentation, and meeting notes
    • Prepare materials for production meetings and document key decisions and action items
    • Conduct research and gather resources to support production and department needs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in production coordination or project management, preferably in the media or e-commerce industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with production software and tools is a plus.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software.
