Bits of your job:

• Create and manage ad campaigns on Meta/Facebook Ads, focusing on targeting sports-related audiences

• Develop and utilize Custom Audiences to enhance campaign effectiveness

• Collaborate closely with the creative team to contribute to the visual content used in ads

• Research and test new audience segments and creative strategies to improve campaign results

• Continuously optimize and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns to meet KPIs

• Assist in the development, execution, and optimization of social media strategies from concept to launch

• Perform other media buying tasks as required to support the overall advertising objectives

Requirements

Key expectations:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field

• 1+ years of experience in creating and managing campaigns for Meta/Facebook Ads

• Strong understanding of audience segmentation and social media best practices to optimize conversions

• Familiarity with Google Analytics for tracking and analyzing campaign performance

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with different teams

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• A passion for social media, particularly in working with sports-related campaigns, with a commitment to staying up to date with the latest trends and innovations

• Demonstrate fluency in English

Bonus:

• Experience with other advertising platforms (e.g., YouTube ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads) is a bonus

Salary: 1200-1700 €/mon. gross Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
