Description & Requirements

The role of Data Services Project Manager supports our business plan by enabling sustainable growth, enhancing operational efficiency, and improving client satisfaction. This role ensures we can handle more projects without overburdening the team, maintain high-quality delivery, and effectively manage risks, all of which are critical to our long-term success. The role oversees project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. They coordinate teams, manage resources, and communicate with stakeholders to achieve project goals, mitigate risks, and maintain high standards of quality, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

A Day In The Life Typically Includes:

The role plans, coordinates, and oversees projects from start to finish. They manage timelines, budgets, and resources, communicate with stakeholders, mitigate risks, and ensure project goals are met, ensuring successful and efficient project delivery.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in German and English
  • Experience in project management; either as a Project Manager, or a Consultant role with exposure to various stages of delivery
  • Strong people leadership, communication and organisation skills
  • An ability to work through multiple projects at any given time
  • A background of experience in software delivery (ERP, SaaS, Data, etc)

Preferred Qualifications:

Preferred qualifications include a PMP or similar certification, experience in the specific industry, advanced knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum), strong problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
