Client Success Specialist - Weekend Position

• 2+ years of technical troubleshooting customer service experience (preferred)
• A natural communicatorpersonable, energetic, and patient
• Able to read between the lines of customer speak to prevent future issues
• A team player excited to take on real responsibilities
• Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to utilize available resources to find solutions.
