We're looking for a high-energy, data-driven professional to lead our regional supply partnerships and shape the next phase of growth.

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Key Account Manager to lead and manage strategic client programs, especially in the areas of

loyalty management and sales-driven initiatives. This role requires someone with a deep understanding of loyalty ecosystems and experience in distribution-led growth to drive impact for client brands. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to accelerate core growth metrics, while also leading and mentoring a team to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless execution of loyalty and distribution programs.

Design and manage end-to-end implementation of loyalty campaigns tailored to client goals.

Guide a team to drive program excellence, ensuring timely and effective execution across client accounts.

Monitor team performance, allocate resources, and resolve operational bottlenecks for efficient program delivery.

Own and manage post-sales client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention.

Work closely with internal stakeholders to define and refine processes that improve overall sales and service outcomes.

Build detailed program reports and insights for internal and client presentations.

Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to business growth through cross-functional collaboration.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of experiencein fintech, banking, or EDC sales with proven exposure to distribution sales and merchant acquisition.

Hands-on experience in managing loyalty or reward programsfor clients is amust-have.

Demonstrated success in building and scaling sales teams and client programs.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple clients and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.

Strong analytical mindset to evaluate program performance and suggest data-backed improvements.

Ability to travel when required to meet clients or support regional operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Fluency in the local language for better regional execution and engagement.

Self-driven, goal-oriented professional with an entrepreneurial mindset.
