The Role:

- Reporting to the Digital Manager, you will be responsible for implementing Digital Marketing campaigns for Mulberry Korea. You will analyse results to review the campaign effectiveness, provide data/results and identify opportunities for improvements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Plan and implement end to end digital marketing campaigns across paid and owned channels.

- Coordinate with the HQ image team to develop localised digital campaign assets and copy aligned with local business needs.

- Oversee management of local owned media channels (e.g. Naver, Kakao), including organic post and push message distribution.

- Track and analyse digital KPIs to improve campaign performance and consumer engagement.

- Report to the Digital Manager to maximize the effectiveness of performance marketing activities targeting the lower funnel, such as paid search and retargeting (DA).

- Manage and collate reports or provide data for reports being collated by others.

- Analyse data and interpret analytics to spot opportunities, campaign strengths and weaknesses, optimisation points and narratives within campaigns.

- Utilise Google ads & paid social media advertising to deliver strong, measurable growth.

- Build automation workflows and processes.

- Run A/B testing across digital assets.

- Provide overall support for digital business daily operations, including order management, inventory availability, asset management across all channels, customer service, and ad-hoc reporting.

- Assist with offline marketing events in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.

Skills and Experience Required:

- University graduate with at least 3 years’ relevant experience within Digital Marketing.

- Digital Marketing experience from a fashion brand or retail business is strongly preferred.

- Global market experience in the UK, Europe and North America is a strong advantage.

- A good team player, creative and proactive.

- Effective and professional communication skills in both Korean and English.
