Your mission

The Forward Deployed Engineer is a lead delivery role responsible for designing and implementing complex automation solutions using UiPath, while also guiding clients through their automation journey. This role combines deep technical expertise with delivery ownership and team mentoring, ensuring successful deployment and adoption of automation at scale.

What you'll do at UiPath
  • Lead technical discovery sessions, process assessments, and solution design workshops

  • Architect, develop, and oversee deployment of end-to-end UiPath automation solutions

  • Design reusable components, enforce coding standards, and promote solution governance

  • Act as a technical lead on engagements, providing guidance to teammates and reviewing deliverables

  • Manage client relationships at the technical level, including risk mitigation and change management

  • Provide thought leadership around automation platform strategy, performance, and scalability

  • Participate in the creation of delivery accelerators, best practices, and internal IP

  • Travel to customer locations or UiPath offices will be expected for at least 25% of the time

What you'll bring to the team

Qualifications

·   5+ years of experience in RPA, software engineering, or automation consulting

·   UiPath Advanced Developer Certification strongly preferred

·   Proven experience in delivering automation projects and working with cross-functional delivery teams

·   Enthusiasm for AI/ML and prompt engineering

·   Strong client engagement, communication, and solution ownership skills
