Your mission

In this role, you will drive and own the end-to-end user documentation creation process for featured UiPath products, while working side by side with our software engineers, product managers, QAs, and, of course, the Documentation team.

What you'll do at UiPath

• Develop and maintain product documentation in compliance with quality standards and agreed-upon deadlines

• Manage, author, and edit online help documentation

• Leverage internal resources to plan, create and revise documentation standards, systems, and content

• Identify and evaluate the need for new and revised content through internal and external research

• Produce end-user documentation based on peer reviews, use cases, technical specifications, and functional data

• Partner through effective collaboration with key stakeholders such as product managers, software engineers, and quality assurance professionals cross-geographies

What you'll bring to the team

• 4+ years of technical writing experience in a software development environment

• Experience working with dedicated authoring tools such as FrameMaker, RoboHelp, Tridion Docs, etc.

• Experience using DITA is considered a plus

• Excellent command of the English language, including exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong understanding of grammar, syntax, and vocabulary

• Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and technical information in a clear, concise, and articulate manner, with a high level of proficiency in editing and proofreading

• Experience working with content in multiple mediums

• Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough and comprehensive research, leveraging multiple sources, and to synthesize complex information addressing a wider audience

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish positive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including peers, clients, partners, and corporate executives
