Your impact

We’re looking for a highly organized, collaborative, and curious contract Recruiting Coordinator to help us grow our team. You’ll play a key role in delivering a people-first hiring experience by managing interview logistics, welcoming candidates, and ensuring a positive interaction along the hiring process. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’re eager to learn, take initiative, and build strong partnerships across teams.

Your role

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews efficiently while ensuring a seamless candidate experience

  • Operate within our recruiting tools with precision and maintain clean, accurate data

  • Communicate with professionalism, empathy, and discretion

  • Represent Handshake as a warm and welcoming point of contact for candidates

  • Support strategic coordination projects

Your experience

  • 1+ years of scheduling or coordination experience, ideally in a high-energy, fast-paced setting

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills

  • Impeccable attention to detail and strong written communication

  • A bias for action, humility, and a growth mindset

  • Sound judgment and comfort handling sensitive information

Bonus experience

  • Experience with Ashby
