Manager, IT Facilities - Romeoville, IL
As the
Manager of IT Facilities, you will oversee the IT management of Ro’s flagship pharmacy location in Romeoville, IL and multiple US-based satellite pharmacies. This on-site, hands-on managerial role will encompass maintaining and improving IT infrastructure, ensuring hardware lifecycle management, overseeing break/fix maintenance, and managing asset inventory. This role will also be expected to flex into new and diverse technologies, specifically in inventory, warehousing, production line and building access and automated controls. This role will travel as required, at least annually, to each operating location to baseline site operations and conduct inventory. You will also supervise an IT Technician and contribute to on-call and IT support functions as needed.This is an in-person role, requiring the applicant to be onsite 5 days per week

The target base salary for this position ranges from
$127,500 to $150,000, in addition to a competitive equity and benefits package (as applicable).
