Your primary responsibility will be to take raw data from our e-commerce merchant/shopping cart and create comprehensive reports using Data Studio or Power... BI. Featured in Forbes, Vogue, and Business Insider, we are at the forefront of the industry, focusing on products ranging from cookbooks to cookware to supplements. Role Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with various departments including Operations, Marketing and Financial to understand reporting needs and provide a report for data-driven solutions.
• Extract, clean, and organize raw data across all business intelligence for our e-commerce platform.
• IE: Right now, we have 15-20 weekly reporting templates we utilize and want more created to get a deeper, data view of the business through merchant accounts, marketing initiatives like video views on Wistia, reviewing the FB ads reporting provided by agencies and more. We’re looking for someone who can understand a problem and what data we’ll want to see to solve that then build the report that shows and tracks the numbers.
• Oversee and instruct 2 VAs who will assist in filling in the reports you’ve built based on an SOP you’ve created.
• Design and develop dynamic reports and dashboards in Data Studio or Power BI.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports.
• Continuously improve reporting processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide ad-hoc reports and analysis as needed.
• Understanding of automating reporting through integrations as needed, when it will be a benefit or better to work with VAs on.

Role Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
• Proficiency in Data Studio and/or Power BI.
• Strong understanding of data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes. Be able to build a report from A-Z, structure data and visualization.
• Excellent analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other data visualization tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Familiarity with SQL and database management.
• Understanding of e-commerce metrics and KPIs.
• Experience with Shopify, Sticky, Ultracart and other ecommerce platforms.

Ideal Outcome of the Role: Day 0: You’re able to use a google sheet and visualize data in a way that it makes sense for a meaningful business intelligence. 3 Months: Be able to fully take on the data reporting builds and visualizations off the COO at least 90% of the way on your own, understanding the parameters, objectives and outcomes of the report. For a successful report, it needs to have a regular cadence of updates which you will work with our 2 VAs to deliver, giving them clear instructions through an SOP and loom. You’ll be able to deliver the report in slack to the right people and channel on a regular cadence with a link to see the full history for trend view. Company Values:

Compensation, Benefits & Position Details.

• Annual Salary Range: $50-70k
