Position Summary

Bentley Systems are seeking a dynamic and motivated professional to join our team as a Demand Modeling Consultant. In this user-facing role, you will help develop demand models using OpenPaths software such as OpenPaths CUBE or EMME and OpenPaths AGENT. You’ll play a key role in responding to tender opportunities, delivering global training sessions on OpenPaths applications, and showcasing innovative proof-of-concepts to users worldwide. You will be part of an international team of OpenPaths experts, with potential for leadership and career advancement.

Responsibilities

  • Work on a range of demand modelling and network modelling projects in the field of Mobility Simulation
  • Manage and create responses to demand modeling tender opportunities
  • Provide face-to-face and virtual training on OpenPaths applications in English
  • Create and deliver proof-of-concepts and demonstrations to users globally
  • Collaborate with an international team of like-minded peers
  • Leadership and further career opportunities possible in the future.
  • This is a full-time role expected to work 37.5 to 40 hours per week depending on your location.
  • Occasional travel away from home to provide training and attend conferences
  • Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer

Qualifications

  • Graduate or post-graduate qualification in an analytical field
  • At least 1+ years working with demand models
  • Highly proficient in using OpenPaths CUBE or EMME (required)
  • Experience in OpenPaths AGENT will be highly favorable but not required
  • Experience in OpenPaths DYNAMEQ and EMME will be beneficial but not required
  • Fluent in English. Other languages preferable but not required
  • Enjoy working in a team but able to work independently to deadlines
  • Enjoy working directly with users
  • Comfortable speaking to live audiences in English
