We are seeking a mid-level Automation Developer to support our automation initiatives by designing, building, and maintaining effective solutions that eliminate manual work and optimize internal workflows. This role requires hands-on development, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Automation Development: Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts and workflows for business processes using modern automation tools and languages.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with business, operations, and engineering teams to understand needs and build automation solutions that align with organizational goals.
  • Code Quality & Documentation: Write clean, maintainable code and maintain documentation for all automation processes.
  • Testing & Troubleshooting: Perform routine testing and validation of automation workflows to ensure quality, reliability, and effectiveness.
  • Tool Usage & Enhancement: Leverage existing automation tools and participate in recommending improvements or new technologies to streamline operations.
  • Learning & Development: Stay updated with new trends and best practices in automation and related fields to enhance your skill set and support innovation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
  • 2–4 years of experience in automation development or similar role
  • Proficiency in one or more programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, PowerShell)
  • Experience working with SQL, GraphQL, and/or NoSQL databases for data validation and testing
  • Experience with automation tools such as UiPath, Zapier, Selenium, Power Automate, etc.
  • Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a distributed team
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
