This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 40 hours/week, Monday - Friday 9 am - 6 pm includes 1hr unpaid break
  • Client Timezone: Eastern Time (Atlanta-based)

Scopes:

  • Remote work arrangement with direct management by client
  • Focus primarily on social media management with some email marketing support
  • Collaboration with existing website manager for content coordination
  • Landing page creation may be discussed but would require additional web development skills
  • Industry focus on interior design and home furnishing retail
  • Target audience includes metro Atlanta area and nationwide customers

Responsibilities:

  • Manage social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
  • Create engaging content including reels, videos, and graphics highlighting interior design projects
  • Develop and manage content calendar with consistent posting and scheduling
  • Run targeted ad campaigns to drive traffic and conversions
  • Engage with community by joining relevant groups and interacting to highlight the brand
  • Conduct proactive outreach to influencers for potential partnerships
  • Respond to customer inquiries and messages across all platforms
  • Perform basic outreach via social media using templates
  • Target appropriate demographics and create viral content following current trends
  • Manage email marketing campaigns through MailChimp
  • Create SEO-friendly posts that align with website content
  • Coordinate with existing website manager to ensure content synchronization
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in social media management and marketing
  • Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and email marketing platforms
  • Ability to create engaging visual content (graphics, videos, reels)
  • Knowledge of current social media trends and viral content strategies
  • Experience with ad campaign management and targeting
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles
  • Shopify experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills for customer engagement
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with team members
