THE ROLE

We’re on the lookout for a creative, detail-oriented Part-Time Content Creator to help us produce high-performing, visually engaging content across digital channels. From shooting thumb-stopping product videos for ads to capturing clean, e-commerce-ready imagery, you'll play a key role in shaping our visual identity across paid media, web, and social.

If you have a sharp eye, a camera you know how to use well, and you can bring a product to life in both a studio and natural environment, we want to hear from you.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content (for ads, UGC, and social media)

• Capture product photos and videos for e-commerce (clean, simple, high-converting)

• Collaborate with our Creative Strategist, editors, and marketing team to develop ideas

• Create content both at home, on the street, and in studio environments

• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and performance goals

• Track content performance and suggest improvements based on data

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Experience creating ad-style video and photo content (bonus: UGC or e-com)

• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and branding

• Comfortable with shooting content across different environments

• Experience editing in CapCut, Final Cut, Premiere, Canva, or similar tools

• Familiarity with performance-driven content, what works, what doesn’t, and why

• A portfolio is required for consideration

THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS

• Portfolio Review

  We begin by reviewing your portfolio or past work to understand your style, strengths, and relevance to the role.

• DISC Assessment (10 min)

  A brief assessment to understand your working style and team dynamics. Aligned with the OCEAN (Big Five) framework to support well-rounded collaboration.

• Introductory Call with Talent Acquisition (30min)

  An opportunity to learn more about each other and discuss your background, the role, and our company culture.

• Final Interview (45–60 min)

  A conversation with the Hiring Manager and HR to explore your expertise and alignment with the role’s vision, and answer any questions you may have.

• Reference Check

  Conducted as a final step to confirm previous experience and ensure a strong mutual fit.

• Decision & Feedback

  We’ll provide timely and transparent feedback, regardless of the outcome.

FIXED SERVICE FEE

€500 - €800 after taxes, depending on yourskills, competencies, and experience.

ELIGIBILITY & LOCATION REQUIREMENTS

❕This role is 100% remote.

At Foxelli Group, our team operates primarily in the Eastern European Time Zone (EET), which is UTC+2 and UTC+3. We also use Revolut for payments, so we are open to hiring candidates in countries where Revolut payments are supported.

• For full-time roles, we expect hires to be available during at least 5 hours of typical working hours in the EET time zone to ensure effective collaboration and communication.

  This requirement does not apply to part-time roles.
