The Opportunity

As the Head of Field Marketing - North America, you’ll lead regional marketing strategy and execution across the U.S. and Canada. This role is a key driver of awareness, pipeline growth, and customer engagement, designed for a strategic marketer who thrives at the intersection of sales, marketing, and go-to-market execution. You’ll work closely with sales, partner marketing, and demand generation teams to shape how the company shows up in the market, deliver results with measurable impact, and build scalable marketing engines in a fast-moving AI company.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and own the North American field marketing strategy

  • Execute integrated ABM (account-based marketing) campaigns and regional demand generation

  • Align closely with sales leadership on key accounts and segments

  • Lead high-touch field events: roundtables, executive briefings, webinars, to engage key accounts and industry influencers

  • Partner with channel teams to launch co-marketing initiatives with VARs, ISVs, and GSIs

  • Localize global content and messaging for regional resonance

  • Manage regional marketing budget, ROI tracking, and pipeline attribution

  • Provide market insights to shape messaging, campaign focus, and content

  • Travel 20–30% across North America for field support and customer-facing programs

What You Bring

  • 8+ years in B2B marketing, 4+ in field marketing leadership

  • Industry background in AI, infrastructure, cloud, or enterprise software

  • Strong ABM, event, and campaign execution skills

  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, and analytics tools

  • Deep understanding of enterprise buyer journeys and long sales cycles

  • Proven success collaborating with sales and product teams

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills

  • Bonus: MBA or advanced degree in marketing/business/technical field

  • Bonus: Built field marketing from scratch in a startup or high-growth org

  • Bonus: Familiarity with AI/ML tools, cloud architecture, or infrastructure stack

  • Bonus: Hands-on experience with channel or partner marketing (VARs, ISVs, GSIs)
