Senior Front-end Developer (React Material/React Redux + Python)

OZ Digital LLC is on the lookout for a Senior Front-End Developer with expertise in React Material or React Redux, along with a strong understanding of Python. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing user interfaces that are not only visually appealing but also functional and efficient. You will work closely with UX designers and backend developers to create seamless applications that meet client requirements. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to mentor junior developers, ensuring that best practices are followed throughout the development process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality front-end applications using React Material and/or React Redux.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and back-end developers to create a seamless user experience.
• Utilize Python to enhance front-end functionality and integrations.
• Lead code reviews and provide mentorship to junior team members.
• Implement best practices for coding, debugging, and optimizing front-end performance.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, development, integration, testing, and deployment.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve development practices and team dynamics.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking a senior-level developer with the following qualifications:

· Technical Skills:

o Proficiency in JavaScript, React Router, Python, and AWS.

o Familiarity with Kubernetes and Prism ORM is also required.

· Experience: Sufficient seniority to work independently, effectively troubleshoot complex issues, and confidently ask clarifying questions.

· Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for collaborating remotely with team members, asking questions, and contributing effectively to discussions.

Requirements

· 5+ years of experience in front-end development with a focus on React.js, React Material and/or React Redux.

· Proficiency in Python and integrating front-end and back-end systems.

· Experience implementing responsive web design and understanding of UI/UX principles.

· Strong understanding of state management and data flow using Redux.

· Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.

· Knowledge of version control systems (Git) for collaborative development.

· Solid understanding of web performance optimization techniques.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

· Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.

· Experience with Agile methodologies and familiarity with tools like JIRA or Trello is a plus.
