Implementation Manager French Speaking

Your Responsibilities

• You are accountable for ensuring an excellent onboarding experience for our customers until successful Go-Live.

• As a professional in our product, you will conduct the technical setup of our Awareness Platform (SaaS Tool).

• You will identify the needs of our customers to collaboratively implement ideal awareness measures.

• For the smooth implementation of your projects, you will perform first-class stakeholder management, both with customers and internally at SoSafe.

• You will assist our customers in finding solutions to technical issues in close collaboration with our Support Team and our Developers.

• Through your experiences in the projects, you contribute to the continuous development of our products.

Your profile

• The satisfaction and success of your customers are your highest priority.

• You have an interest in cybersecurity and are not daunted by technical difficulties.

• You have a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent from a university.

• You are fluent in both French and English.

• You are proactive and hands-on.

• You can handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• You have 1-2 years (or more) of experience in Implementation Management or (IT) Project Management."

• You enjoy teamwork and a collaborative team work culture.
