We're looking for a Strategic Program Manager to join our team, and own the key strategic relationships across the payment infrastructure (banking partners, payment networks and third-party providers). You will play a key role in the definition of the payment infrastructure required to support the launch of new products and lead its cross-team implementation. You will be highly exposed to Senior Management and work with different teams - Product, Tech, Ops, Finance, Compliance. You will also monitor the performance of the operating infrastructure to optimize its performance and address issues.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the payment infrastructure required to support the roll-out of our new payment products
  • Develop and maintain the relationships with our most strategic payment and banking infrastructure providers with the objective of continuously improving FINOM competitive advantage and unlock new growth verticals
  • Monitor the competitive landscape to ensure that FINOM has access to the best technology, business terms and service levels across the payment infrastructure industry
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities to integrate with new infrastructure providers as FINOM expands its product and geographic coverage

Who you are

  • At least 4-5+ years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm and/or as a project manager in a startup (experience in payments/Fintech is a plus)
  • You are experienced in planning and leading complex cross-functional projects under tight deadlines
  • You have an analytical spirit, enjoy complex problem-solving and data-driven decision making process
  • Your drive and outstanding organizational skills allow you to be a strong project owner
  • You have outstanding verbal & written communication skills and you have a good ability to structure, synthesize and formalize
