Position Summary

Ensures that the customer is satisfied with company projects and services. Works closely with Field Sales and Field Operations and oversees day-to-day relationship with customers. Works with customers to cultivate future projects and qualify new opportunities. Develop rapport with new customers, set targets for sales, and provide support that will continually improve the relationship. Ability to handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working through differences to a positive solution. Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new customers. Attendance to industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and ability to provide feedback and information on market and trends.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2-4 years of sales and/or marketing experience

  • Proficient networker and public speaker

  • Experience will Sales Planning

  • Experience with driving sales process from planning to close

  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence others

  • Excellent oral and written communication
