The role As the Engineering Manager of Collision Avoidance, you will lead a development team focused on preventing and mitigating safety-critical collision scenarios. This team develops models that tackle fundamental questions about how we can guarantee the high bar of safety for end-to-end systems, and enable configurability, interpretability, and validation at scale. These models play a significant role in enabling L2+, L3, and beyond, requiring innovation in both algorithms and validation strategies.
