SDR Outbound Appointment Setter
We are seeking a highly motivated Outbound SDR / Appointment Setter to join our recruiting team in Mexico. This is a remote position open to candidates located in LATAM, ideally aligned with U.S. Central Time (CST). As an SDR / Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for generating qualified outbound calls and scheduling introduction calls with our Account Managers. You’ll play a key role in building connections with decision-makers in the construction, engineering, energy, and industrial services sectors across the U.S.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. U.S. Central Time (CST).
Key Responsibilities:
- Make 70–90 outbound calls per day to U.S.-based companies.
- Qualify prospects, gather relevant information, and book intro calls for Account Managers.
- Enter call notes and tasks into PipeDrive CRM.
- Draft clear and concise follow-up emails and LinkedIn messages.
- Collaborate closely with the recruiting team to meet weekly outreach and booking targets.
- Fluent English with a neutral North-American accent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound sales or appointment setting targeting U.S. clients.
- Proven track record in cold-calling and lead generation.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional home workspace.
