Learn more about us at https://www.escoffier.edu/ About the role We are looking for an Email Marketing Associate to join our team and help us create and execute effective email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker who is detail-oriented with a passion for email marketing, who can write persuasive and effective email copy, design engaging email templates, segment targeted audiences, and analyze and optimize email campaign performance. Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with Escoffier’s senior marketing manager to help execute email marketing campaigns that align with our overall marketing strategy, goals, and event promotion
  • Design and develop email templates that are visually appealing and on-brand targeted to a variety of audiences including prospective students, current students, internal staff and faculty, graduates, and more
  • Create compelling email content that drives engagement and conversions
  • Develop proficiency in our email platforms: Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, Salesforce, Contacto, Campaign Monitor, etc.
  • Create an organized email schedule to ensure timely and consistent communication with target audiences
  • Segment email lists to targeted audiences based on interests, behavior, conversion goals, prospect, student status, and more
  • Set up and test email campaigns for optimal deliverability and performance
  • Analyze campaign metrics and use data to make informed decisions about campaign optimization and improvement
  • Collaborate with the senior marketing manager to ensure email campaigns are integrated with other marketing channels and initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with email marketing best practices and industry trends
  • Be proficient and accurate in the sending and scheduling processes of email campaigns to segmented audiences
  • Work with other departments and team members to gather details and content for email campaigns and apply approval processes

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in email marketing
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to create engaging, persuasive email copy
  • Proficiency in HTML and CSS
  • Some experience with image editing platforms (Photoshop, Canva, or Illustrator)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to optimize campaign performance

PHYSICAL DEMANDS The nature of work requires an ability to operate standard business equipment. Sitting for long periods of time; up to 8 hours of computer and/or phone work daily. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
