Your responsibilities will include managing deployments through the Microsoft Power Platform, specifically Power Automate and Power BI administration, as well as administering and managing premium capacity Power BI workspaces and apps in cloud environments. You will also be responsible for the administration of Microsoft Azure Entra ID, ensuring secure and efficient access management across enterprise environments. In this role, you will utilize your significant knowledge of cloud-managed services for data warehousing and analytics in Microsoft Azure/Entra to provide guidance and expertise in resolving technical issues and managing platform challenges. You will evaluate and drive platform efficiency for large-scale deployments, automate deployments using PowerShell in Power BI, and perform complex analyses to extract insights that will improve BI reporting. Additionally, you will be expected to understand, articulate, and convert business requirements into technical solutions while mentoring junior developers and collaborating with key business leaders to ensure alignment between business and technology. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere within the United States, with minimal travel expectations of 0-10%. You will be required to use video cameras during all interviews and the initial week of orientation. Responsibilities

• Manage deployments through Microsoft Power Platform: Power Automate and Power BI administration

• Administration of Microsoft Azure Entra ID (formerly Azure AD)

• Provide guidance and expertise to resolve technical issues and manage platform challenges

• Experience automating deployments using PowerShell in Power BI

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Enterprise BI/ Azure administration, specializing in enterprise reporting solutions, with a strong preference for healthcare experience

• Extensive expertise in Microsoft Azure administration, with a deep understanding of Azure Entra ID architecture, identity and access management (IAM), and best practices

,

• Proficient in managing user identities, groups, and roles within Azure Entra ID, ensuring secure and efficient access management across enterprise environments

,

• Skilled in leveraging Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI and Power Automate, with experience in advanced features, embedded analytics, and automated deployments using PowerShell

,

• Strong background in Enterprise BI solutions, particularly in healthcare reporting, with proficiency in Agile methodologies, code promotion, version control, and QA procedures

• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively address both technical and non-technical audiences; experienced in project management within Agile environments
