Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential investment properties in the Colorado Springs area to meet client investment goals.
• Conduct market research and analysis to provide clients with accurate property valuations and investment insights.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, buyers, sellers, and other real estate professionals.
• Negotiate purchase agreements, contracts, and terms on behalf of investor clients to maximize returns.
• Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and due diligence processes to ensure sound investment decisions.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and secure investment opportunities, you'll have a marketing team to help deploy!
• Stay up-to-date with local real estate market trends, zoning laws, and investment regulations in Colorado Springs.

Qualifications

• Valid Colorado Real Estate License
• A portfolio of your own investments or experience working with investor clients
• Strong knowledge of the Colorado Springs real estate market and investment trends
• Proven track record of successful real estate transactions and client satisfaction
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze property values, market conditions, and investment potential
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
• Proficient with real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with investors, buyers, and sellers
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Familiarity with real estate contracts, financing options, and legal requirements in Colorado
