Join us and be part of this journey towards greater opportunities and brighter futures Concentrix is currently seeking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Purview and Modern Work Security Engineer to join our team. You need to have 12+ years of IT security experience, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365 security and compliance. Previous experience implementing and governing Microsoft Purview compliance solutions (i.e., Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Information Protection, Insider Risk Management, and eDiscovery) across key Microsoft 365 services is required. You will report to our regional leader, and the position is a fulltime, permanent role. What you need to have is :

• Experience with Microsoft Purview compliance solutions, such as Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Information Protection, Insider Risk Management, and eDiscovery
• * Strong experience implementing and managing Microsoft 365 E5 security features, including Defender for Office 365 and Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD)
• * Experience designing and implementing Microsoft 365 compliance and security policies in a regulated environment.
• * Experience configuring and managing Microsoft Defender for Office 365 and Defender for Endpoint
• * Experience conducting a risk assessment and gap analysis to identify and mitigate security and compliance risks
• * Experience developing and maintaining documentation, governance playbooks, and training materials for end users and administrators
• * Experience contributing to continuous improvement by providing metrics, reporting, and knowledge sharing across teams
• * Proven ability to collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define governance frameworks, compliance requirements, and secure collaboration strategies.
• * Excellent communication (written and verbal) in English and German is required.
