We're a nationally recognized architecture, engineering, and design firm built on a foundation of curiosity, collaboration, and people-first values. Since our start in 1978, we've grown from a small Orlando office into 5 offices with over 200 employees. We deliver innovative, end-to-end solutions that combine creative vision with technical excellence. We're looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Project Manager to become the first team member of our new Dallas office. This is a rare opportunity to not only lead exciting architectural projects but also play a pivotal role in building out a new regional presence from the ground up. You'll collaborate closely with leadership, manage client relationships, oversee project delivery, and help shape the culture and growth of the Dallas team.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience managing commercial, industrial, retail, restaurant or tenant projects
- Architect license is not required but is a plus
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to bring in new business is a plus
- Entrepreneurial mindset and excitement about building something new
- Revit(preferred) or AutoCAD
Responsibilities
- Lead architectural projects from concept through completion
- Manage client communications, budgets, schedules, and teams
- Ensure quality, compliance, and design excellenceHelp recruit and mentor future team members as the
- office grows
- Represent the firm in the Dallas market and contribute to business development
