Customer Experience Agent Kelly® Science & Clinical is seeking a Customer Experience Agent for a global bioanalytical and research client based in NY. Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining relationships with new and repeat customers
- Managing key accounts and serving as the point of contact for clients
- Assisting clients with quotes, order processing, and order tracking
- Managing opportunities in Salesforce. Seeking up-sell/cross-sell opportunities and presenting value-added service options
- Communicating effectively and timely with customers to answer questions and inquiries. Serving as a liaison between clients and internal departments
- Working with the Sourcing and Project Management team to develop order fulfillment plans. Providing ongoing support to the business development field team
Qualifications
- BS degree, preferably in science (Biology, Chemistry, Biological Science etc.)
- Have at least 2 years of experience in a client services position
- Have experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator (a plus)
- Have a customer service-oriented attitude
- Have a commitment to quality
- Have the ability to problem solve
- Have excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
- Are highly self-motivated, self-directed, organized, and attentive to detail
- Have the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Have the ability to work both independently and on a team in a collaborative environment
- Are computer savvy and able to adapt quickly to new technologies
- Have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
