You’ll play a key role in making their onboarding experience smooth and hassle-free by guiding them through setup, answering their questions, and ensuring they understand how to use our tools effectively. What You’ll Need:

  • Romanian native language level & English medium level
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • A customer-first mindset with a proactive attitude.

What You’ll Get:

  • On-site paid training to set you up for success
  • Full time role, undetermined contract
  • Monday – Friday schedule, shifts between 9 AM – 7 PM
  • Monthly bonus based on performance
  • Flexible working model after probation period, depending on performance (work from home)

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist new sellers in setting up their accounts and listing products.
  • Provide step-by-step guidance on using platform tools.
  • Answer seller inquiries and troubleshoot any technical or operational issues.
  • Ensure sellers have a positive experience and feel supported throughout onboarding.
  • Collect feedback to improve the onboarding process.
  • Educate sellers on best practices to grow their business.
  • Identify and report recurring issues to improve the overall seller experience.
