Position Overview As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the front line for client support. Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Explain insurance benefit options and answer coverage-related questions
• Assist with policy updates, claims information, and general client concerns

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
